A design house built on taste, trust and time.
Since 2004, Avian has grown from a humble design vision into a multi-touchpoint lifestyle and furniture destination — shaped by craft, curiosity, collaboration and a deep belief that homes should feel personal.
Our story
Avian was never built to be just another furniture store. It was built as a place where people could understand their own taste more clearly.
What began in 2004 as a modest design vision has grown into a recognised lifestyle and furniture organisation with a wider network, deeper global access and a more mature understanding of how Indian homes are evolving.
Over the years, Avian has worked with changing tastes, changing cities and changing lifestyles. Homes became more open. Families began entertaining differently. Bedrooms became quieter. Living rooms became more personal. Workspaces entered the home. Outdoor spaces became important. Through each shift, our role stayed the same: to help people choose better, not just more.
We believe furniture should not overpower a home. It should give the home rhythm. It should support everyday life, hold memories, create comfort and quietly express the people who live there.
How we grew
Growth at Avian has never been only about scale. It has been about learning: from clients, from craftspeople, from global design, and from the way real homes are lived in.
A humble beginning
Avian began with a clear design intent: to bring better furniture, thoughtful interiors and a more refined experience to Indian homes.
A wider world
As the brand grew, Avian built access to international brands, global sourcing routes and a broader design vocabulary.
A local understanding
The learning came from real projects — Indian apartments, villas, farmhouses, workspaces and family homes with specific needs.
A design ecosystem
Today, Avian brings furniture, interiors, sourcing, styling, showrooms and design guidance together under one considered experience.
What we stand for
Our ethos is simple: be refined without being cold, global without losing context, and luxurious without becoming excessive.
Quiet confidence
We are drawn to spaces that do not need to shout. Clean lines, balanced proportions, tactile materials and timeless forms often say more than decoration ever can.
Human comfort
A beautiful home must still be livable. The sofa should welcome you. The dining table should gather people. The bedroom should calm the day.
Collaboration
We do not impose a look. We listen, edit and refine. The best spaces are created when our design experience meets the client’s own way of living.
Global perspective
Our access to international furniture and design partners helps clients discover wider possibilities, while our local experience keeps every decision practical.
Indian context
We understand scale, climate, delivery, family use, storage, entertaining, festivals, guests and how Indian homes are actually lived in.
Enduring taste
Trends come and go. Our work is guided by pieces and spaces that continue to feel relevant because they are rooted in proportion, quality and restraint.
A home for design conversations
Our showrooms are not meant to overwhelm. They are meant to slow the process down, so clients can see, touch, compare and understand.
Our belief
Good design makes life feel more intentional.
A well-designed home does not only look beautiful in photographs. It changes the way people gather, rest, work, host and return to themselves.
This is why Avian continues to grow carefully — adding global sourcing, full-home curation and design guidance while staying close to the original promise: thoughtful design for real people and real homes.
Avian is still becoming.
Every home, every client and every project adds to our language. We began with design. We continue with trust. And we grow with the belief that the most beautiful spaces are the ones that feel deeply lived in.
